I hate...
#1 When I organised an event, I invite someone and the person said think about it or confirm me later without any explanation.
To be me, I think that person simply put this event as the lowest priority and will attend only if no other appointments coming up. If I receive an invite, I will reply Yes or No right a way... To me is very simple, if I am free and happy to join, then Yes! If not free or have something in the pipeline, simply tell the host!
